Threadless (stylized as threadless) is an online community of artists and an e-commerce website based in Chicago, Illinois, founded in 2000 by Jake Nickell and Jacob DeHart.Threadless designs are created by and chosen by an online community. Each week, about 1,000 designs are submitted online and are put to a public vote. After seven days the staff reviews the top-scoring designs.

"*HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE* Ordered a product from threadless.com 3 weeks before Christmas (shipping outside of the US so I had to order in advance). I received a message 4 days before Christmas indicating that they didn't have the product in stock. Not only did this leave me f***ed, they seemed to react to this like it was just a woopsie."

"Ordered with plenty of time for Christmas delivery according to their site. Even received confirmation that my items had shipped, still expected by Christmas - but more than a week later (& too late to gift) still no delivery and shipping info is still not listing even a package dropped off to carrier by Threadless. I got an "oops, delivery delayed" note w/still rough date range-ish. And when I asked for specifics or a refund, was told it was my fault for picking the shipping method I picked (which their site indicated would arrive by Christmas). The delivery date keeps changing. Was supposed to be the 26th, latest note from them states could be 10-15 business days from most recent inquiry. Ummm, at least pick one date and run with it - or refund. Refund? Oh, no, no. I can get a refund only if I refuse the package. . . the package that may or may not ever arrive. Ugh! Horrible service. (ps: I was charged in a timely fashion for my purchase so they have some processes down). Update in response to Threadless note: I really appreciate that you guys take the time to respond to these. And shipping this year - ugh! A mess in many cases no doubt. But - yes, I've been in touch w your CS - as you noticed via my original note. So now, with a new tracking # being shared with me after i asked to pls just be refunded if it didn't actually go out when indicated (it didn't), the suggestion from CS is IF i get the pkg to send it back, trust that the same co will accurately record it as received, and then wait for a refund. No. I will wait until the end of this week, then dispute the charge w/ my bank if nothing received. It was really the service that was underdelivered. I get the icky shipping that matches this icky (see - understatement) year. But hints for next time this happens: 1) don't list delivery dates - that tells me the customer you as an online retail business have figured this stuff out 10 months into the pandemic, 2) if a customer's item didn't ship when you communicated and it's before a large gift-giving holiday, refund if they ask, 3) don't tell a customer - it's because of the shipping you picked, bc I don't work at your company to know it is not as reliable as you've indicated I can expect it to be. I really do wish you luck and that this is an exception this year, but I don't have a need to rush back to your site to shop."

"I have a few Threadless shirts that are over a decade old and the printed design is still in great shape. On the flip side, the four I have had for less than two years are fading heavily. Something changed, and not for the better."

"Super disappointed in the quality of the prints. I remember ordering way back (like 10 years) and loved the shirts, so came back for gifts this year during their sale. I think I might be too ashamed to give these to people. The one I bought for myself is noticeably faded (in an ugly way) after ONE washing. One shirt's art is even slightly blurry because of the size."

"Threadless T-shirt’s were always of high quality but the last few orders I’ve recieved haven’t been as great. What you would see online would be an almost accurate indication to what you would receive; Eg image to T-shirt ratio, quality of the print. The last 4 T-shirt’s I’ve bought have been way off to what is online and to what I have previously purchased. I bough the same design as I had previously got as I liked it so much but it was such a disappointment, totally different and cheap and nasty looking. Despite that, the customer service is and always has been absolutely outstanding."

"Quick delivery and some cool designs but the quality of the prints and the TShirts are poor, these were for gifts and they do not even have tags, and the Tshirt sourced are poor quality. I am embarrassed the give them as gifts they look like shirts I got from the $2 shop!!! Will not shop here again."
